| Today, My kids and I live outside of Toronto...in a city called Oshawa....which I have learned is the Armpit of Canada...just a lovely thought...but its ok..I like it here somewhat.... |

| I live just outside of Toronto now, and you know people, looking at a map....it can be clearly seen that MOST of New York state, is further NORTH than Toronto is. Of course the Rest of Ontario is getting north, but by now means in the same catagory as friggin Alaska! Sometimes I am so amazed at the gullibility of some Americans as I joke with them about crawling out of my igloo to move the dogs....so I can see if its cold outside. ! That is so Rich. You people know who you are.... Im sure that there is NO Canadian geography taught in American schools....except about those who live in the Far north in the Nortwest Territory`s (" Nanook of the Artic" seems to ring a bell ) its not that cold.....further north..........ok, its getting quite cold, But down along the Canadian-U.S. border, im sure you expect to see those igloos when you cross over...... So come on People,.....learn something. Buffalo gets colder than Toronto, and more snow than we do in winter. |
